South Holland House Fire Leaves Heavy Damage & Mayday Call Out
Shortly after 6:30pm South Holland Fire responded to a fire alarm on the 16000 block of Paxton. Heavy fire was seen on arrival with large amounts of smoke. Residents were safe according to witnesses and keeping warm in a nearby truck. A mayday call was called out for a firefighter possibly trapped on the second floor. The firefighter is ok at this time we understand. We are on scene and expecting an update shortly.
