Chicago Man Faces Additional Child Pornography Charges in Porter County
A Chicago man already facing child solicitation charges from February has now been charged with two counts of possession of child pornography.
According to court documents, the new charges were filed after investigators analyzed Dione Cortez Magsby’s phone, seized during the earlier case, and allegedly found multiple images depicting sexual acts involving minors.
Court records show that on August 8, 2025, Magsby, 27, was charged in Porter Superior Court 5 with:
• Possession of Child Pornography – Level 5 Felony
• Possession of Child Pornography – Level 6 Felony
Charges Filed February 27, 2025:
• Child Solicitation – Level 4 Felony
• Child Solicitation – Level 5 Felony
Bond: Porter County Cash Bond – $2,000.00 (posted March 20, 2025)
Lodged in the Porter County Jail on September 9,2025 on these charges.
