Release On The Postponement Of Hometown Country Jam
Hometown Country Jam Show is extremely disappointed to share that they have to postpone this year’s festival to 2021. The show will now take place on June 5th, 2021. The good news is that Lee Brice, Dylan Schneider, Julia Cole, Lewis Brice, and Jonny James will all be coming back for next year. “We appreciate all of you who were planning on attending the festival in September and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience postponing the show may have caused you.” All tickets will be transferred to the new date, or you can request a refund below.
“We had every intention of putting on the best show possible for you this year. We developed an 85-page extensive plan for how the festival would be safely run along with creating in-depth COVID-19 guidelines that met every CDC and state requirements for events of this size. We developed a way to socially distance every aspect of the festival. Unfortunately, the powers that be will not be authorizing our show, even with these new social distancing guidelines. While we planned to set the standard for how events during these times can happen and be done safely, local and state authorities have the final say.”
Throughout history, music has united us, even during the most difficult of times. That’s why we pushed and worked so hard to put on the festival this year, but with that being said ensuring the safety of you, our performers, and the rest of our crew will always be our number one priority. At the end of the day, this postponement only means that we are going to come back bigger and stronger. We can’t wait to see you all in 2021.
Refund Instructions: All tickets will be transferred to the new date unless you request a refund. We will have a 30 day refund window starting today for ticket holders to submit a refund request. After the 30 days, if you have not requested a refund, your tickets will be transferred to the new date and you will not be able to request a refund after that. Each refund is processed manually so please give us some time to process your refunds. The funds will be refunded to whatever payment method you used to purchase the tickets.
