Fatal Single Vehicle Accident
On Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at 9:22 PM, the Porter County Coroner’s Office was dispatched to the area of Tremont Road and East US Hwy 12 regarding a single vehicle accident, resulting in a fatality, according to a release from the Porter County Coroner.
Upon investigation it was found that that the decedent, identified as 30-year-old Sarah Jensen, of Michigan City, was the sole occupant of a Chevy truck. The accident is still under investigation. Porter County Sheriffs Department, Indiana State Police, and Porter Fire assisted on scene.
