Crash Leaves Two Dead In Cedar Lake Overnight
Two unidentified males are dead after an overnight crash in Cedar Lake according to the Lake County Coroner. The Lake County Coroner was dispatched to 145th & State Line Road at 3:30am Monday morning, according to a release. Both victims suffered blunt force trauma in the motor vehicle accident. Names of the deceased are pending the Coroner said Monday morning.
UPDATE- The Lake County Coroner has identified the two victims in Monday’s early morning crash. Victim 1 has been identified as Inocente Garcia Perez, 20, of Cedar Lake. Victim 2 has been identified as Rogelio Cuenca Xoyotla, 25, of Cedar Lake. The crash remains under investigation by The Lake County Sheriffs Department.
