Fatal Crash In Merrillville Saturday Morning
On Saturday, 10/8/2022, at approximately 12:00 AM the Merrillville Police Department responded to the 7600 block of E. Lincoln Highway for a traffic crash, according to Merrillville Police.
Officers arrived on scene and observed two vehicles with significant damage from a head-on collision. One of the drivers was severely injured and was later pronounced deceased on scene by medics. The identity of the victim has not been released.
