Fatal Gary Fire Wednesday Morning
Gary Fire Department responded to a structure fire call Wednesday morning shortly before 9AM on the 4600 block of Buchanan according to radio traffic.
Crews encountered heavy smoke on arrival. During a search of the residence a male was found deceased. The Lake County Coroner has identified the deceased as Gage Goss, 68, of Gary. The fire remains under investigation. No other information was immediately available.
