An officer arrived at the store at approximately 12:45 p.m. and met with store management and an employee who reported being sexually violated while working inside the store.

Court records state the employee reported she was stocking shelves in the picture frame aisle when a male customer walked up behind her and told her she had something on her butt. The employee stated she attempted to wipe the area but felt nothing. The affidavit states the man then told her it was “still there,” and when she attempted to wipe again, she felt the inside of the man’s hand grope her from the bottom of her vaginal area up to the top of her buttocks.
