Hammond Police Investigating Homicide Thursday
Hammond Police are on scene of an early morning shooting that left two individuals deceased on the corner of Jefferson & Locust.
Witnesses reported hearing 10-12 rapid fire shots around 3:30 AM and then seeing a male on the curb unresponsive and another in a car.
