Hobart Police Investigating Fatal Crash Saturday
Saturday around 10:09 AM, Hobart Police & Fire responded to a single vehicle crash at 121 N Wisconsin St, according to Hobart Captain Nicholas Wardrip.
The sole occupant of a vehicle that struck a tree was transported to St Mary’s Hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.
The driver was identified by the Lake County Coroner as David Frizzell, 59, of Hobart. The cause of death and cause of the crash were both still pending Saturday evening.
The South Lake County Major Crash Team responded and assisted in the investigation.
