Hobart Woman Charged After Threatening Judge and Court Officials in Electronic Filing
Crown Point- A Hobart woman is facing a felony charge after investigators say she electronically filed a court document threatening a judge, court staff, and opposing counsel with “public execution.”
According to the probable cause affidavit, the Lake County Prosecutor’s Office received a report from a Lake County judge on October 3, 2025, regarding a document that had been filed electronically through the courts. The filing contained language declaring that court officials and legal representatives who did not follow the “commands and orders” of “Royal Queen Tinoka” and “Lieutenant General Tinoka Alisa McPherson” were guilty of treason and would face execution.
“Court officials and legal representatives that do not adhere to the commands and orders of a Lieutenant General… are committing an act of treason,” the filing stated in part.
“The adjudicator, their staff, and the opposing counsel… have been found guilty of treason… This offense carries a death penalty. These parties have been sentenced and will face public execution. SO ORDERED OCTOBER 3, 2025.”
Investigators stated the filing originated from Tinoka Alisa McPherson, 39, of Hobart, and the judge determined the language constituted a direct threat against the court and legal counsel involved in the case.
