ILLINOIS STATE POLICE INVESTIGATE SHOOTING ON THE BISHOP FORD EXPRESSWAY
Illinois State Police officials are investigating a reported shooting, which occurred on Saturday, December 28 , 2019 at approximately 3:15 p.m. at I-94 southbound ramp to Stony Island.
Illinois State Police responded to a local area hospital to speak with victims of a reported expressway shooting. A male driver and male front seat passenger were inside the victim vehicle. The male driver sustained injuries from gunfire and was transported to a local area hospital. The incident remains under investigation.
Anyone who witnessed the shooting or has any knowledge of the shooting is asked to contact the ISP at 847-294-4400. Callers can remain anonymous.
