The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a ramp closure in conjunction with lane closures on the Grant St bridge over I-80/94 on or after Monday, May 11.
The southbound lanes of the Grant St bridge will be converted to two-way traffic, with one lane in each direction. The northbound lanes will be closed which will also require closing the ramp from northbound Grant St to westbound I-80/94.
The official detour for the closed ramp will be the northbound Grant St ramp to I-80/94 eastbound to Broadway and then northbound Broadway to westbound I-80/94.
INDOT encourages drivers to allow extra time when driving through this area. Drivers should slow down, exercise caution and drive distraction-free through all work zones.
