Lake Station Police Investigating Tuesday Shooting
On Tuesday evening, December 15, 2020 at approximately 7:28 PM the Lake Station Police were dispatched to the 4200 block of Oaktree Dr. in reference to a shooting, according to Lake Station Police Chief James Richardson.
Upon arrival officers located a male subject with an apparent gunshot wound outside of a residence. The male was transported to Saint Mary Medical Center and later transferred to a Chicago area hospital for further treatment, Richardson stated. The investigation thus far is showing that this is an isolated incident, Richardson said.
