Lowell Man Charged After Drug Deals Lead Police To Cocaine, 15 Guns, And Stolen Firearm
William Jonathan Elliott, 58, of Lowell, is facing multiple charges after police say a drug investigation led to the seizure of cocaine, numerous firearms, and other drugs inside a home in Lowell.
Police say the investigation focused on suspected drug dealing activity during February and March of 2026 at a residence in the 16600 block of Morse Street. Investigators reported that drug deals involving cocaine occurred at the home, with the suspected cocaine weighing less than five grams during the incidents.
Police later executed a search warrant at the residence on March 12, 2026. Officers reported locating Elliott inside the home during the search.

During the search, police reported locating:
• Six individually packaged baggies containing a powder substance weighing a total of 13.7 grams that field-tested positive for cocaine
• A digital scale with residue that field-tested positive for cocaine
• 4.5 grams of marijuana
• 26.1 grams of marijuana gummies packaged in dispensary-style bags
• 27.6 grams of vape cartridges that field-tested positive for marijuana
• Several cut plastic baggie ends believed to be used for packaging controlled substances
• A glass pipe believed to be used to ingest controlled substances
• Fifteen firearms located throughout the residence
Police also reported that one of the firearms recovered during the search was a Ruger .44 Magnum that had been reported stolen out of Cedar Lake in 2023.
Investigators said the amount of cocaine, the packaging materials, digital scale, and firearms located inside the residence indicated the cocaine was possessed with the intent to deliver.
