Man charged with Sexual Misconduct in Jasper County
According to court documents, on August 25, 2025, at approximately 12:44 a.m., officers found Osman Alfredo Vindel Carcamo, 29, with a 15-year-old in the back seat of a black Ford F-150 parked in DeMotte. The juvenile was partially unclothed. An officer observed Vindel Carcamo kneeling on the rear floorboard with his face pressed against the right side of the juvenile’s naked upper torso.
Court documents state the juvenile said Vindel Carcamo removed their shirt and bra and had been kissing them. Facebook messages referenced in the affidavit indicate the juvenile clearly stated they were 15 years old, and that Vindel Carcamo represented himself as 18 when, according to identification found in the vehicle, he is 29.
The affidavit further states the pair had arranged over Facebook Messenger to meet for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity. The juvenile reported that Vindel Carcamo initially parked at a business in the 400 block of 16th Street. The juvenile also told investigators they did not have permission to be out of the house.
During the investigation, the affidavit says Vindel Carcamo gave two different false names and a false date of birth, claiming to be 17. A wallet recovered from the truck contained a Honduran identification card and passport with his true name and date of birth , matching his physical likeness, according to court documents.
