Man Killed On Motorcycle Identified In Porter County
On Wednesday, June 17, 2020, at 8:16 AM, The Porter County Coroner’s Office was dispatched to the 300 block of US Hwy 6 in regard to a single fatality involving a motorcycle vs. tree. Upon investigation it was found that the decedent, identified as 27-year-old Aaron Heffron, of Westville, was ejected from the motorcycle after striking a tree. He was not wearing a helmet, a release from the coroners office stated. Toxicology results are pending. Porter County Sheriff’s Department assisted with the investigation.
