Multiple Cars Burned In Schererville Fire
Around 4:30PM Friday Schererville Fire Department responded to a dumpster fire with multiple vehicles on fire around it at W. 67th Ave & Indianapolis Blvd, according to Batallion Chief Adam Niemiec of the Schererville Fire Department.
The property is believed to be owned by Royal Pools which is located just South of Napleton Dealership. Two minivans, a box truck, and a Ford Pickup were damaged from the fire, Niemiec told RNS. Lake Hills Fire Department assisted Schererville for mutual aid. It’s unclear at this time how the fire started but remains under investigation.
