Munster Bank Robbed Tuesday Morning
On January 7, 2020 at approximately 9:10AM, the Munster Police responded to a robbery at First Midwest Bank located at 750 Ridge Road, according to Lt. Peirick of The Munster Police. The Munster Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the subject who is responsible for the robbery. The subject is described as a black male, in his late 50’s, wearing a gray suit with an ivory colored fedora and large rimmed glasses. The suspect presented a note to the teller and demanded money and implied he had a gun. The subject fled the bank with an undetermined amount of cash.
