One Airlifted After ATV Accident In Gary
A 20-year-old ATV rider was riding Wednesday evening around 5pm near 13th & Mount in Gary. According to witnesses the rider crashed into a tree, resulting in serious head injuries. Gary Fire Department transported the male to Methodist Northlake where he was listed in Critical Condition. Around 7pm he was airlifted to a Chicago Trauma Center.
Indiana Conservation Officers are now handling the investigation and we will update as information becomes available.
