Road Conditions Deteriorating & Flood Warning For Little Calumet River

As the rain continues to fall across the area with a lot more rain incoming, roads are already puddling and in some locations flooded over. If you are out and about tonight be extra careful of flooding & hydroplaning. We don’t expect to see the snow transition till late Saturday. Crews can not pretreat the roadways before the freeze because of the amount of rain expected. Timing will be key on when to hit the streets for treatment.
