Teen Shot Early Saturday Morning In Schererville
On 11-30-24 at approximately 3:48 AM, Schererville Police were dispatched to the 2600 block of Morningside Dr in regards to an assault with a firearm, according to Schererville Police. Officers were advised by dispatch that a male had been shot in the stomach and leg.
Upon arrival, officers located the victim inside the residence. The victim was transported to a local hospital and was later transported to a Chicago hospital due to the gunshot wounds.
