Valpo Police Seek Assistance In Physical Disturbance Case
The April 4, 2020 report of a man down in the courtyard of an apartment complex in the 100 block of Chicago St. is believed to have been the result of a physical disturbance, according to Valparaiso Police. The disturbance left one male at the scene, who had sustained injury and was transported to Porter Regional Hospital for medical treatment. The incident originally went unreported to police, who were later notified by medical personnel.
Valparaiso Police are now asking for any assistance that may aid in the investigation of this incident.
It is believed the incident took place on April 4, 2020 between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. Police are asking that anyone with motion activated recording devices, such as doorbells or video camera systems, check these devices for activity surrounding these times, extending the search from 12:00 a.m. through 8:00 a.m. Investigators are also asking that anyone who may have observed, heard, or noted anything out of the normal activity during this time frame to report it to police.
