Vehicle Strikes Home After Hit & Run
One man was arrested after a getting into a traffic accident and leaving the scene near Sibley & Exchange Wednesday evening. The driver was spotted after the hit & run and attempted to elude Calumet City Police before losing control of his vehicle into a house on 153rd & Exchange around 8:30pm. The house had minor damage and is unoccupied according to witnesses. The driver was arrested after the crash and a weapon was found in the vehicle.
