15 Year Old Female Shot In Gary Sunday Night
Gary Police & Fire Responded to a gun shot victim shortly after 10pm Sunday night on the 400 block of Van Buren, according to Lt. Thomas Pawlak of The Gary Police. On arrival police found a 15 year old female who was shot in the back while she was exiting out of a vehicle with friends, police told RNS. The victim was transported to a Chicago Trauma Center but her condition is unknown at this time. Witnesses reported seeing a tan SUV leaving the shooting scene.
