18 Year Old’s Death Being Investigated By Police Monday
On Monday, October 18th, at approximately 11:57 AM, Hammond Police responded to a home in the 4000 block of Towle Ave, according to Hammond Police. A crime Crime Scene van and crime scene tape could be seen around the home Monday afternoon.
Hammond Police say Detectives are conducting a death investigation into the death of a female found inside of her home at this time. The circumstances leading up to the investigation were not being released Monday.
The deceased female has been identified by The Lake County Coroner as Alyssa Flores, 18, of Hammond. The cause and manner of death were still pending according to a release.
