Man Shot & Killed After Car Accident In Gary
On January 15, 2020 approximately 4:45 pm the Gary Police Department responded to a call for a traffic accident with shots fired in the area of 5th Avenue and Clark Rd, Lt. Dawn Westerfield stated. Upon arrival it was discovered a male who had been driving had gun shot wounds and had rear ended another vehicle. The male was transported to an area hospital and was later declared deceased at the hospital. The investigation is in its early stages and no further information is available at this time.
