Man Struck By Gunfire On 80/94
A Gary man was struck by gunfire Wednesday evening on 80/94 near Central Ave at mile marker 12.7 Eastbound around 4:24 PM.
The victim was a 32 year old male was driven to the hospital by another person in the vehicle. He suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was treated and released at Northlake Hospital, Indiana State Police said Thursday.
This is an ongoing investigation and no more information is being released at this time.
