Lowell Man Dies After Rollover Crash On 41 Friday
A Lowell man was killed Friday night on Wicker Ave in unincorporated Cedar Lake after a collision which left one vehicle rolled over.
Around 8pm Friday near 119th & Wicker Ave in unincorporated Cedar Lake a vehicle collision shut down the roadway for three hours while Lake County Sheriff investigators and Cedar Lake Fire Department worked a fatal accident scene. The Cedar Lake Fire Department responded to the scene and had two patient refusals for treatment, Chief Todd Wilkening told RNS. The cause of the crash is still under investigation and The Lake County Sheriff’s Office was not immediately available for comment.
The victim has been identified by The Lake County Coroner as Ronald Joseforsky, 87, of Lowell.
