Hammond Police Seek Info On Theft Suspect
The Hammond Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the pictured individual. He is the suspect in theft cases located in Hammond, police said. The photo shows the suspect loading some stolen items into a Mitsubishi SUV with no license plate on the vehicle.
