Man Removed Shoes & Socks Off Females In Munster Target
The Munster Police Department is investigating a suspicious incident that occurred on 1/25/2021 between 6:30PM and 6:40PM inside of the Target store, 8005 Calumet Avenue, according to Lt. John Peirick of the Munster Police.
The suspect in the photo approached at least two females inside of the store and removed their shoes and socks while filming them and their young children.
