NWR SWAT Serves Arrest Warrant
On Wednesday, 5-17-23, at approximately 8 PM the Schererville Police Department and the NWR SWAT Team served an arrest warrant on Phillips Rd in Schererville.
The subject was arrested without incident. This was an isolated incident with no threat to the community.
John Huber, 41 of Schererville, was arrested for the following warrants:
- Level 3 Felony – Kidnapping while armed with a deadly weapon
- Level 5 Felony – Kidnapping while using a vehicle
- Level 5 Felony – Intimidation
