One Shot Outside Coach’s Corner Bar Sunday
On Sunday, October 18th, at approximately 8:45 p.m., Hammond Police were dispatched to St. Catherine’s Hospital in East Chicago in reference to a gun shot wound victim, according to Lt. Steve Kellogg of The Hammond Police.
The victim stated he was shot outside, in the area of Coach’s Corner bar in Hammond.
The 33-year-old male victim was shot once in the stomach. His medical condition was unavailable at the time police released this info. Police could be seen in front of McGing’s collecting evidence Sunday night.
