Region News reached out to this specific store (Sephora) for comment on the board up. With Illinois Governor Pritzker preparing to make a statement at 3pm Friday for a possible “Shelter in Place order,” a lot of people are confusing this with Martial Law. Residents in other states are advised to only go out for essential travel such as work, gas, and groceries.
