Schererville Man Charged With Dealing Cocaine
On November 7th, 2022 the Schererville Police Department’s Crime Reduction & Enforcement Unit charged Paul D. Guzman 41 years-old of the 300 block of Willow Court, Schererville, Indiana with the following:
DEALING COCAINE – LEVEL 3 FELONY
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM BY A SERIOUS VIOLENT FELON – LEVEL 4 FELONY
DEALING COCAINE – LEVEL 4 FELONY
DEALING COCAINE – LEVEL 5 FELONY
POSSESSION OF COCAINE – LEVEL 6 FELONY
Guzman was arrested on November 14th, 2022 and is currently confined in the Lake County Jail, Schererville Police said Monday.
Assisting agencies include the Drug Enforcement Administration/HIDTA and the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms & Explosives/HIDTA.
