Two From Chicago Facing Charges After Fight At Highland Bar
Sunday Morning Highland Police responded to a fight call at 2:04AM in the parking lot of Emilio’s Restaurant at 9400 Indianapolis Blvd.
On arrival, officers ultimately found out that there was a fight between several parties, according to Commander John Banasiak of The Highland Police.
A 30 year old male from Chicago is facing preliminary charges of battery, intimidation, pointing a firearm and handgun with no permit. There is also a 30 year old female from Chicago that is facing preliminary charges of theft, public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
This case is still under investigation and Highland Detectives are following up on this matter further today and will ultimately present charges to the Lake County Prosecutor Monday or Tuesday.
