UAW Demands Shut Down Of US Plants

Sources close to the UAW Union are telling RNS after meetings last night, The Big Three in Detroit has come to an agreement that they will shutdown plants as a precaution of the COVID-19 outbreak. Details are planned to be released later this afternoon, a release stated. This comes after news of multiple people presumed to be infected with COVID-19 at Lear Corporation in Hammond this week. Lear makes the seats for the Ford Explorer which is built at the Ford Hegewisch Plant in Chicago.
