Victim Says Man Forced His Way Into House and Shot Him
Gary Police Violent Crime Division is investigating the shooting of a 22-year-old Gary man inside his brother’s home in the 1300 block of Marshall St on September 1, according to Gary Police.
The victim told the officers that a subject wearing a ski mask forced their way into the home and shot him. The victim stated he was taken to the hospital by his cousin after the incident. Officers at the location of the shooting also recovered marijuana from the residence, police told RNS.
