Coroner Identifies 31 Year Old Homicide Victim From Gary
The Lake County Coroner has identified the victim of a shooting that took place around 10:30pm last night on 19th & Broadway in Gary. The Coroner names the victim as Tyron Walton, 31, of Gary. Walton was shot driving on Broadway and crashed his vehicle in the intersection of 19th & Broadway. The Gary Police, Gary Metro Homicide, and Lake County CSI is investigating this homicide. This marks the 14th Homicide in The Region for 2020.
