Calumet City Police Seek Info On Shooting Saturday Night
On December 26, 2020 at approximately 7:48 pm, Calumet City Police responded to the 1300 block of Burnham for a report of a gunshot victim, according to a Calumet City spokesman.
Upon arrival Calumet City Police Officers located a 19-year-old male from Burnham, Illinois with apparent gunshot wounds received while he was sitting in his vehicle. The male victim was transported to a local hospital by Calumet City EMS Personnel where he was being treated for his injuries.
Calumet City Police and the South Suburban Major Crimes Task Force are investigating and request anyone with information to call the Calumet City Police Department at 708-868-2500
