Hammond Girl Missing For Two Weeks Please Share

UPDATE – Christiana Bennett, who was reported missing on February 13th, has been located safe and has returned home. Thank you to everyone for the outreach.

The Hammond Police Department is again asking for the public’s help with any information they may have in reference to 14-year-old Christiana Bennett who has been missing for approximately two weeks. Christiana was seen leaving Hammond High School on February 13th with friends and has not been seen or heard from by her family since. Detectives believe that Christiana may have originally left on her own but are concerned for her well-being. A silver alert issued by the State of Indiana has been activated due to Christiana being a missing endangered child at high risk due to her age. If anyone has information on the possible whereabouts of Christiana, they are asked to please call Hammond police Det. Sgt. Jenny Schutz at 219-852-6381 or 911 immediately. 

Christiana Bennett is age 14 and lives in Hammond, Indiana. She is a black female with brown hair and brown eyes, approximately 5’4” tall and 125 pounds. She was last seen on February 13th.
