Multiple Teens Injured Near Newton County Line
On September 23rd, 2023 at approximately 5:17 PM, Newton County Deputies responded to a two vehicle crash in the southbound lanes of US-41 just south of SR-10, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
The preliminary investigation indicates a red Chrysler 300, driven by a 20 year old Cedar Lake man, was traveling southbound on US 41 and collided with a white Hyundai, driven by a 44 year old Lake Village woman, as she made a westbound turn off northbound US 41.
All occupants from both vehicles were transported to area hospitals for treatment.
