Munster Police Investigating Burglary
On Thursday, February 9, 2023, at 7:00 PM, Munster Police responded to a residence in the 8000 block of Jackson Avenue in reference to a burglary. Police found the rear door was forced open, and several thousands of dollars of jewelry was taken. Police believe the burglary occurred around 5:30 PM, on February 9th.
The images below are a person of interest that Munster Police are wanting to question. The person is described as a white or Hispanic male, approximately 5’8” to 5’10”, heavier build, wearing distinctive shorts with long white socks pulled up near his knees. A vehicle is observed in one of the images, which appears to be a dark colored SUV.
