St John Man Charged With Sexual Misconduct With A Minor
Evansville Indiana Police say they interviewed a young victim who claims he/she had a sexual relationship with an adult man.
Evansville Police Officers say the victim was 14 at the time and met Kyle Wagner on TikTok. At the time, Wagner was 22. The two began having conversations on TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram numerous times. Wagner lives in Saint John and the victim says he/she met several times over several months for sex.
On the victim’s phone, police say they found photos of the sexual activity between the two of them along with conversations.
Wagner has been charged with sexual misconduct with a minor.
