Dana M. Rattray, 49, of Portage, is facing charges after police say she drove recklessly near others and later exposed herself during the same incident in a parking lot.
According to court documents, on April 16, 2026, at approximately 7:00 p.m., an officer observed Rattray at the Open Air Pavilion parking lot in Porter County. Police allege Rattray “drove within a few feet of [individuals] and their vehicles at a high rate of speed with no regard for the safety of herself or others,” creating a substantial risk of bodily injury.
Court documents state Rattray was operating a gray 2010 Honda Fit at the time of the incident.
During that same encounter, police further allege Rattray “appears in a public place in a state of nudity with the intent to be seen by another person in a public park,” and is accused of pulling down her pants, exposing her vagina and buttocks, slapping her buttocks, and yelling at the same individuals in the parking lot.
Lodged in the Porter County Jail.
