Hit & Run Results In Rollover With Injuries
Overnight around 10:30 PM a vehicle rollover on southbound I-94 near 154th St snarled traffic.
District Chicago Illinois State Troopers responded to a personal injury crash which involved two passenger vehicles and an unknown vehicle which left the scene, police said Sunday morning. Preliminary reports indicate the driver of Unit 1 (unknown vehicle), made an improper lane change and struck Unit 2 (passenger car). After the impact, Unit 2 spun out and struck Unit 3 (pickup truck) rolling it. The driver of Unit 1 did not stop and left the scene, ISP said.
The driver and passenger of Unit 3 were transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. All lanes were reopened at approximately 10:50 p.m.
