I-94 Closed Both Directions In Chicago

All northbound and southbound lanes of Interstate 94 at 79^th Street are closed while Illinois State Police assist the Chicago Police Department (CPD) with an ongoing incident. All northbound traffic is being diverted off at 87^th Street. All southbound traffic is being diverted off at 79^th Street.

Chicago Police had a man flee with a knife and is all bloody. The subject took off across the expressway and he is on the Red Line tracks currently. Trains have been shut down as well.
