Two Shot In Dolton Saturday Night
Two people were shot in Dolton Saturday night around 10:20pm on the 14500 block of Cottage Grove.
A female is listed in stable condition after she was shot in the back and a male in very critical condition shot multiple times, according to Dolton Trustee Andrew Holmes. Illinois State Police, Cook County Sheriff, and Dolton Police are still on scene as of 11pm.
Anyone who saw a vehicle speeding off or anything suspicious is asked to call The Dolton Police at 1-800-883-5587 and you can remain anonymous.
UPDATE – The male has succumbed to his injuries at Franciscan Hammond. The Lake County Coroner has identified the victim as Dion Hayes, 31, of Chicago.
