Gary Police Investigating Homicide On Broadway & 19th
Shortly after 10:30pm Tuesday night Police were called to 19th & Broadway for a Homicide investigation. One car could be seen crashed in the intersection as police investigated. Currently Broadway is shutdown in both directions at 19th. One male has been shot and killed and one to two others injured from the crash
The Lake County Coroner has identified the victim as Tyron Walton, 31, of Gary. The Coroner has put the cause as a homicide and Metro Homicide is investigating.
